Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Ferbogar UK Ltd. “You” and “your” refers to the client, customer or any person or entity engaging our services.

Services

We provide construction, refurbishment, roofing, maintenance and associated building services in accordance with the scope of works agreed in writing.

3.

Quotations & Acceptance

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A contract is formed when we issue a written acceptance, or you confirm your acceptance of our quotation in writing.

4.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are as stated in our quotation or contract. Payment terms will be agreed in advance. Invoices are payable within the stated period. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments.

5.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, access to the site and necessary permissions. Delays caused by missing information or restricted access may affect programme and costs.

6.

Programme & Delays

We will use reasonable endeavours to meet agreed programmes. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

7.

Variations

Any variations to the agreed scope of works must be confirmed in writing. Additional costs and time will be agreed before work proceeds.

Quality & Standards

We carry out all works with reasonable skill, care and diligence and in accordance with industry standards, statutory requirements and good building practice.

9.

Health & Safety

We are committed to providing a safe working environment and complying with all relevant health and safety legislation. Clients must comply with their own site rules and responsibilities.

10.

Warranties

Where applicable, we provide warranties for materials and workmanship in line with manufacturer terms and industry standards.

11.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the works supplied. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

12.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
